You've maxed out what consumer internet can offer. You need multi-gig speeds, static IP addressing, and a provider who can have a real technical conversation. InfoWest Power User is built for people who know exactly what they need — and refuse to accept less.
A member of our senior technical team will contact you to discuss your setup and confirm fiber availability.
Multi-gig symmetric fiber with a static IP right out of the box. No locked routers, no data caps, no compromises. Connect IQ gives you full visibility and control of your network.
Get Started arrow_forward*Starting price. Taxes and fees always included — no surprises on your bill. No contracts required. Fiber plans available in select service areas.
What you actually get — technical detail included.
This isn't a marketing upcharge. These are genuinely different capabilities.
Not just fast downloads. True multi-gig in both directions on dedicated fiber. True multi-gig symmetric on dedicated fiber. Upload and download at full speed simultaneously. Available up to 2 Gbps in select areas.
Host servers, configure firewalls, run self-hosted services, whitelist your IP for corporate VPNs, and manage remote access without fighting dynamic DNS. Static IPv4 included with every Power User plan.
Need custom routing policies, BGP sessions, or specific network configurations? Our senior networking team will work with you. This is what "local ISP with real engineers" means in practice.
We can deliver fiber directly to your router or firewall. SFP+ handoff available for those who want to skip the ONT and plug directly into their own network stack. Talk to us about your setup.
Our IP ranges have strong reputation scores. Your static IP won't be flagged by email servers or on abuse blacklists. Important if you're running mail infrastructure, outbound crawlers, or business services.
Power User customers skip Tier 1 and go directly to engineers who understand routing tables, MTU settings, and fiber optics. When something's wrong, you're talking to someone who can actually fix it.
A senior engineer contacts you. We discuss your network architecture, equipment, use cases, and any custom requirements before recommending a specific configuration.
We run fiber and integrate with your existing network stack. SFP+ handoff, ONT placement, IP configuration — handled by engineers, not installers reading from a checklist.

We test end-to-end: speed, latency, routing paths, failover if applicable. You get your static IP documentation and a direct line to our engineering team.
From homelab enthusiasts to remote infrastructure engineers.
"I run a homelab with 40Gbe internal switching and a Proxmox cluster. InfoWest gave me the SFP+ handoff I needed to match that. Their engineer actually knew what I was asking for. Refreshing."
"Static IP with clean reputation, sub-5ms to the backbone, and actual engineers on support. I've been through four ISPs in 10 years and InfoWest is the first one that speaks my language."
"InfoWest is the only ISP in Southern Utah that can actually have a technical conversation. They understand BGP, they understand routing, and they get things done without me having to explain it three times."
"I do large media file transfers for post-production. Multi-gig symmetric from InfoWest has cut my transfer times by 90%. No throttling, no data cap warnings, no drama. Just speed."
"Been with InfoWest 8 years. They've grown their fiber network significantly and the technical team has kept pace. It's rare to find a local ISP that's also technically excellent."
Call us. A real engineer picks up. We'll discuss your setup honestly — no overselling, no feature confusion. Just a straight technical conversation about what you actually need.

Yes. We can provide an SFP+ handoff so you plug directly into your own equipment — pfSense, OPNsense, Ubiquiti, Mikrotik, Cisco — whatever you run. Our engineers will configure the optical side and hand you a clean fiber termination. Your network, your rules.
Every Power User plan includes a static IPv4 address. We also support IPv6 prefix delegation for dual-stack configurations. If you need a larger allocation — a /29 or /28 block for a home lab or small business environment — contact us and we'll discuss what's available in your area.
For most Power User residential customers, static routing is sufficient. If you have your own ASN and legitimate reasons to run BGP (you're a small ISP, you're doing research, you have multi-homed infrastructure), contact us directly. We handle edge cases by talking to actual engineers, not by running everything through a policy flowchart.
The SLA covers network availability on our fiber infrastructure — excluding scheduled maintenance windows (which we communicate at least 48 hours in advance). If we fall below 99.9%, we credit your account. More practically, our network team monitors proactively and our average mean time to repair on fiber outages is under 4 hours. We don't wait for you to call.
