Built for Remote Workers Who Can't Afford Downtime

Every feature exists because someone who works from home asked for it.

video_call

Zero Dropped Video Calls

Zoom, Teams, Google Meet — all require consistent bandwidth and low latency. Fiber delivers both. Your face stays sharp, audio stays clear, and you don't freeze mid-sentence in a client presentation.

swap_vert

Symmetric Upload Speed

Cable internet gives you fast downloads and slow uploads — designed for consumers watching video, not workers uploading files. Fiber is symmetric: uploading a 2GB presentation is just as fast as downloading it.

vpn_lock

VPN Performance That Doesn't Crawl

Corporate VPNs are bandwidth and latency sensitive. With fiber, your VPN tunnel runs fast enough to feel like you're actually at the office — not wading through remote desktop molasses.

cloud_upload

Cloud Backups That Finish

Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, Backblaze — cloud backups that previously took overnight now run in the background without you noticing. Files sync in real time because upload speed is real.

99.9% Uptime SLA

That's less than 9 hours of downtime per year, and that's the SLA — not a marketing claim. When an outage does happen, our local team responds fast. We know your income depends on your connection.

headset_mic

Priority Business Support

Home Office customers get priority handling when they call. We understand that 20 minutes of downtime at 9am costs you more than 20 minutes at midnight. Our team acts accordingly.

Home Office Plan — Common Questions

What does "symmetric" upload speed actually mean?

Symmetric means your upload speed equals your download speed. Most cable providers advertise high download speeds but cap uploads at a fraction of that — sometimes 10-20x slower. With InfoWest fiber, if you have 500Mbps download, you also have 500Mbps upload. That's critical for Zoom calls, file sharing, cloud backups, and VPN performance.

What does the 99.9% uptime SLA actually cover?

The SLA means we're committed to less than 8.76 hours of unplanned downtime per year on our fiber network. If service goes down outside of scheduled maintenance windows, we prioritize restoration and our team responds immediately. It's not a marketing number — it's a service commitment backed by our local operations team.

My company requires VPN access. Will this work well?

Yes. Corporate VPNs (Cisco AnyConnect, Palo Alto GlobalProtect, WireGuard, etc.) perform significantly better on fiber than on cable. Lower latency and symmetrical speeds mean the tunnel doesn't feel like it's adding 200ms and cutting your bandwidth in half. Most of our Home Office customers report their VPN is effectively transparent on fiber.

What happens if my internet goes down during work hours?

Home Office customers get priority in our support queue. Call us at (435) 674-0165 and tell us you're on the Home Office plan. We dispatch a technician faster and keep you updated. In the rare event of a network outage rather than equipment issue, we communicate status proactively and restore service as fast as possible.
