There's no hard limit. The Family plan is designed to handle the typical home: 8-15 devices connected simultaneously including phones, tablets, laptops, smart TVs, and gaming consoles. If you have an unusually large number of devices, give us a call and we'll make sure you're on the right plan.
Our router-level parental controls let you set internet schedules per device (e.g., no internet after 9pm on the kids' tablets), block categories of sites, and get usage reports. All managed from an app on your phone. Our tech will set it up during installation.
No. We don't throttle based on time of day or usage patterns. Unlike some ISPs that quietly slow speeds during "peak hours," InfoWest delivers consistent performance whenever you're online. The speed you get at 10am is the speed you get at 8pm.
No contracts on the Family plan. It's month-to-month. We believe you should stay because the service is great — not because you're trapped. If you move or want to switch, there's no penalty. Just give us 30 days notice.
